"Moving from Illinois to Missouri was a challenging time. What I didn't realize was the difference in insurance costs. I was very discouraged when seeking coverage. "Hello. I called Colleen's office a couple of times for a rate quote. Due to my claims history, they were unable to underwrite me (too many claims although I was only at fault on one of those). However, they are partnering with another company that underwrites high risk drivers. They were to reach out to them and contact me. That was several weeks ago. I have heard no response even though I reached back out to them and they assured me they would be in touch. The issue is not that they can't provide coverage. The issue is extremely poor customer service in them not getting back to me with any update Thanks."
